Black Section Separator

This Basque Tiramisu Recipe is easy, delightful, and a repeatable one with a light, fluffy texture and buttery caramel topping.

Ingredient

– 32 ounces cream cheese room temp – 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar – ¼ teaspoon table salt – 4 large eggs room temp – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1 cup heavy whipping cream – 1 tablespoon all purpose flour

Introduction

Before you bake, heat the oven to 425°F for at least 10 minutes. Use two pieces of parchment paper to line a 9-inch springform pan. Set the pan away.

Step 1

To make the cream cheese, sugar, and salt smooth, use an electric hand mixer or the paddle attachment on the body of a stand mixer with a big bowl.

Step 2

Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well between each one. Then, add the vanilla. Put the flour and heavy cream together.

Step 3

Mix just enough to combine, but don't mix too much. It will be thick, smooth, and silky. When the pan is ready, pour the batter in and spread it out evenly.

Step 4

Put it in an oven that is already hot for 35 to 38 minutes. To get a uniform colour, turn the pan in half. When the sides are set and the middle is just a little wobbly, the cheesecake is done.

Step 5

The top will be dark golden brown. Let it cool all the way down on the counter. After that, put it in the fridge for at least two hours and up to overnight.

Step 6

Take the cake out of the springform and leave the parchment paper on top when you're ready to serve.

Step 7

Then, cut it up and serve after peeling off the parchment paper from the sides.

Step 8
