Cranberry Coffee Cake Easiest Recipe Ever

The holidays are coming, and you can't miss this easy Cranberry Coffee Cake. Perfectly crisp, tender, and flavorful.  

Ingredient

– 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour – 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder – ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt – ½ cup unsalted butter softened – 1 cup granulated sugar – ½ cup light brown sugar packed – 1 large egg – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – ½ cup whole milk – 2 cups frozen or fresh cranberries – For the topping: – 6 tablespoons light brown sugar packed – ⅔ cup all-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt – 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Introduction 

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Spray cooking spray on an 11x7 baking dish and set it away. Put the flour, baking powder,

and salt in a medium-sized bowl and mix them together. Set the bowl away. For three minutes, cream the butter with the brown sugar and white sugar. 

Step 2

Mix the egg and vanilla in after adding them. Put in ½ of the flour mix and mix it in. Mix in half of the milk. Do it again with the rest of the milk and flour.  

Step 3

Mix in the cranberries until they are just mixed in. Put it in the baking dish that has been made. Mix the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl. 

Step 4

Put in the melted butter and use a fork to break it up into bits. Keep mixing until there are no more dry spots. 

Step 5

Spread out on top of the batter. For 40 to 45 minutes, or until it's golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.  

Step 6

Let it cool down before serving. It's good warm or at room temperature.
