Ingredient
– 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour– 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder– ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt– ½ cup unsalted butter softened– 1 cup granulated sugar– ½ cup light brown sugar packed– 1 large egg– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract– ½ cup whole milk– 2 cups frozen or fresh cranberries– For the topping:– 6 tablespoons light brown sugar packed– ⅔ cup all-purpose flour– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon– ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Introduction
Warm the oven up to 350°F. Spray cooking spray on an 11x7 baking dish and set it away. Put the flour, baking powder,

and salt in a medium-sized bowl and mix them together. Set the bowl away. For three minutes, cream the butter with the brown sugar and white sugar.

Mix the egg and vanilla in after adding them. Put in ½ of the flour mix and mix it in. Mix in half of the milk. Do it again with the rest of the milk and flour.
Step 3
Mix in the cranberries until they are just mixed in. Put it in the baking dish that has been made. Mix the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 4
Put in the melted butter and use a fork to break it up into bits. Keep mixing until there are no more dry spots.
Step 5
Spread out on top of the batter. For 40 to 45 minutes, or until it's golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
Step 6
Let it cool down before serving. It's good warm or at room temperature.
