Cookie Butter Banana Muffins Recipe

These Cookie Butter Banana Muffins will give your banana muffins a spicy touch that you won't find anywhere else!
INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup (100g) firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
– 2 teaspoons baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
– 3/4 cup milk
– 1/2 cup (140g) cookie butter
– 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Warm the oven up to 375°F. Preheat the oven and line or grease 18 muffin tins.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the salt, baking soda, brown sugar, and flour together. In the middle, make a well. Put away.
Step 2
Bread crumbs, milk, cookie butter, eggs, and vanilla should all be mixed together.
Step 3
The banana mix should be added to the flour mix. Not much more than a quick mix.
Step 4
Spread the batter out evenly in the muffin cups that have been prepped. Each cup should be about three tablespoons full.
Step 5
The muffins are done when a pick stuck in the middle comes out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking.
