Christmas Jello Salad Easiest Recipe Ever

Want a joyful, traditional, and colourful holiday treat? Easy, tasty and crowd-pleasing, this Christmas Jelly Salad is excellent for holiday celebrations. 


– 3 ounce package cherry jello – 3 ounces package lime jello – ½ cup canned drained pineapple chunks diced small – ¼ ounces 1 envelope unflavored gelatin – 2 tablespoons granulated sugar – ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons canned unsweetened coconut milk – Maraschino cherries for garnish – Sliced strawberries for garnish – Lime slices for garnish – Fresh mint for garnish


Separate basins should be used to combine the cherry and lime jelly in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging. Put the mixture into individual loaf pans, 

Step 1

and then place them in the refrigerated for one hour. Once the hour has passed, take out the lime jelly and toss in the pineapple chunks that have been sliced.  

Step 2

Repeat the process of placing the lime jelly combination and cherry jelly in the refrigerator and allowing them to chill for an additional three hours. 

Step 3

It is recommended that you add the sugar and unflavored gelatin to a bowl of medium size towards the conclusion of the three-hour period. In order to mix, stir.  

Step 4

The coconut milk and ¼ cup of cold water should be added. Whisk for approximately two minutes, or until the mixture is completely dissolved. 

Step 5

Add 1.5 cups boiling water. Whisk again to blend everything. Make sure the mixture is room temperature. Make 1-inch lime and cherry jelly cubes. 

Step 6

In a jelly mould ring pan, place cubed jelly. Cool and pour coconut milk jelly on top. Before serving, remove the jelly mould and garnish with cherries, strawberries, lime, and mint.
