Warm the oven up to 350°F. Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan just a little. Add the cinnamon, cocoa powder, and sugar together. Put away.

Place the biscuits in quarters and dip them into the hot butter. After that, coat each piece in the sugar mix. Put the biscuits in the pan in layers.

Bake for an hour, or until biscuits are golden and cooked all the way through. If you need to, cover with aluminum foil to keep it from cooking too much.

Set the pan on a metal rack and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then, flip it over onto a plate.

You can pour the chocolate sauce over the bread if there is any left in the bottom of the pan.
