Best Air Fryer Pizza Pockets Recipe

Use store-bought biscuit dough to make 20-minute Air Fryer Pizza Pockets with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and your favorite toppings.

INGREDIENTS

– 1 (16.3-oz.) can refrigerated biscuits (8-count) – 1/4 cup marinara sauce – 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – Assorted pizza toppings of choice – 1 large egg, whisked with 1 Tablespoon water – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

On your work area, split the biscuits into 8 rounds and then carefully cut each biscuit in half to make 16 rounds.

Step 1

Place 8 circles on your work surface. Put 2 teaspoons marinara sauce, 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese, and any other pizza toppings in the center of each round. 

Step 2

Press the edges of a second round over your fillings.  Crimp pizza pocket edges using a fork.

Step 3

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over egg-washed pizza pockets. Place some pizza pockets in the air fryer basket. 

Step 4

Bake pizza pockets for 10 minutes at 300°F until golden brown. Serve pizza pockets after cooling from the air fryer.
