Healthy Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas Recipe

You can make this quick and easy Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas recipe that is great for the whole family.


– 4 medium chicken breast – 1 red bell pepper – 1 green bell pepper – 1 yellow bell pepper – 1 orange bell pepper – 1 large red onion – 2 teaspoons garlic powder – 2 teaspoons ground cumin – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1/2 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon chili powder – 1/4 cup olive oil, divided – Tortillas, guacamole, salsa and cheese, for serving


Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment. Cut the chicken into 1/2-inch pieces and place in a medium basin. Cut the peppers and onions into 1/2-inch pieces and place in another medium bowl.
