Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

The Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins are a delectable combination of chocolatey and chewy sweetness!
INGREDIENTS
– 1 & 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
– 1 & 1/4 cups (124g) oat
– 2/3 cup (133g) firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
– 2 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup)
– 1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate chip
Warm the oven up to 400°F. 18 standard muffin cups should be lined or greased.

INSTRUCTIONS
The flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together with a whisk. In the middle, make a well.
Step 2
Put the milk, cooled butter, eggs, and vanilla in a different bowl. Put it into the well in the flour mix. Just mix everything together.
Step 3
Take the chocolate chips and bananas and mix them in. About 3 tablespoons of batter should be used in each of the muffin cups that have been made.
Step 4
The muffins are done when a pick stuck in the middle comes out clean after 20 to 22 minutes of baking.
Step 5
Ten minutes of cooling in the pans on a wire rack. After that, move the muffins to a wire rack to cool fully.
