– 1 & 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour – 1 & 1/4 cups (124g) oat – 2/3 cup (133g) firmly packed light or dark brown sugar – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup milk – 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup) – 1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate chip

Warm the oven up to 400°F. 18 standard muffin cups should be lined or greased.

Step 1

The flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together with a whisk. In the middle, make a well.

Put the milk, cooled butter, eggs, and vanilla in a different bowl. Put it into the well in the flour mix. Just mix everything together.

Step 3

Take the chocolate chips and bananas and mix them in. About 3 tablespoons of batter should be used in each of the muffin cups that have been made.

Step 4

The muffins are done when a pick stuck in the middle comes out clean after 20 to 22 minutes of baking.

Step 5

Ten minutes of cooling in the pans on a wire rack. After that, move the muffins to a wire rack to cool fully.
