Strawberry, Almond, And Honey Goat Cheese Crostini Recipe

It is very simple to make these Strawberry, Almond, and Honey Goat Cheese Crostini, and they are great for summer!


SERVINGS: 30 CROSTINI – 1 French baguette sliced into 1/2" thick pieces (about 30 pieces) – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 8 ounces goat cheese softened – 3 tablespoons honey – 2 cups sliced strawberrie – 1/4 cup Toasted Coconut Blue Diamond Almonds chopped


Preheat oven to 350°F. Use parchment on a large baking sheet. On the baking sheet, brush olive oil on each slice of bread. Bake 11-13 minutes at 350°F until lightly toasted. Put aside after baking.

Combine goat cheese and honey in a large bowl. Make goat cheese and honey smooth with an electric mixer.

Place honey goat cheese on toasted bread, then add strawberries and chopped Toasted Coconut Blue Diamond Almonds. Serve and enjoy!
