No-bake Chocolate Cherry Almond Granola Bars Recipe

It's simple to make these Chocolate Cherry Almond No-Bake Granola Bars, which are great for a healthy snack.

INGREDIENTS 

SERVINGS: 12 GRANOLA BARS – 1/2 cup no-stir almond butter (creamy or crunchy) – 1/2 cup honey – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 and 1/4 cups quick oat – 1/2 cup almonds , roughly chopped – 1/2 cup sweetened dried cherrie – 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chip – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 cup crispy rice cereal

Wrap an 8-inch square baking pan in foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 20–30 seconds until easily mixed. Allow to cool.

Add quick oats, chopped almonds, dried cherries, mini chocolate chips, and salt to the cooled mixture and mix well. Mix the crispy rice cereal gently until combined.

Put the mixture in the baking pan and press it evenly. Close the lid and freeze for 45–60 minutes to firm the bars. Cut pan granola into 10-12 bars.
