Mini Smokehouse Almond Cheese Balls Recipe

Mini cheese balls with Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds are easy to make. These are great football or holiday party snacks!


SERVINGS: 32 MINI CHEESE BALLS – 16 ounces cream cheese softened – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese – 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled – 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 cup Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds chopped – Pretzel stick


Place cream cheese in a big bowl. Mix cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add cheddar, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.

Place tablespoon-sized balls of mixture on a large plate after spooning them.

Put chopped Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds in a bowl. Gently press chopped almonds into cheese balls to stick.

Return cheese balls to plate, cover, and refrigerate 20–30 minutes until firm.Place a pretzel stick in each cheese ball before serving.Serve crackers and relish!
