– 1 Tablespoon Oil – 2 Egg – 1 Tablespoon Garlic – 2 Cups Mixed Frozen Vegetable – 2 Cups Cooked Rice – 1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper – 2 Tablespoons Green Onion

High-heat wok or deep fryer Beat eggs. Swirl 1/2 tablespoon of oil to coat the wok.

When the oil is almost smoking, add the beaten eggs and swirl to coat the wok thinly. Scramble the egg with a spatula when it looks drier.
