Cucumber Radish Salad Recipe

I believe in using great ingredients and then not interfering, and this Cucumber Radish salad allows the fresh, crisp, and brilliant tastes of cucumber, radish, celery, mint, chives, and dill show. Creamy goat cheese adds a distinct flavor.

Ingredient

– ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon minced shallot – 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar – 2 teaspoons honey – ¼ teaspoon sumac – ½ teaspoon kosher salt – 1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced – 12 radishes, thinly sliced – 3 stalks of celery, thinly sliced – ¼ cup minced dill – ¼ cup minced chive – 3 tablespoons chopped mint – 4 ounces goat cheese (chèvre)
