These quick chocolate banana muffins have rich chocolate flavor with banana bread moisture. The best all-day muffin!
INGREDIENTS
– 1 & 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour– 1/2 cup (42g) unsweetened cocoa powder– 1 teaspoon baking soda– 1/2 teaspoon salt– 1 cup (227g) ripe mashed banana (from 2 to 3 medium bananas)– 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar– 1/4 cup (50g) firmly packed light brown sugar– 1 large egg– 1/3 cup (75g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled– 1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate chip
Warm the oven up to 375°F. Put paper cups in a muffin pan with 12 holes or grease it with cooking spray that doesn't stick.

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour with a whisk. Make a hole in the middle of the mix. Put away.
Step 2
Melt the butter and add the sugar, brown sugar, egg, and mashed bananas to a different bowl.
Step 3
Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture and stir it in just until it's moist. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in.
Step 4
About 3 tablespoons of batter should be used per muffin cup to make sure the batter is spread out evenly.
Step 5
It's done when a pick stuck in the middle comes out clean after 16 to 20 minutes of baking.
Step 6
Set the pan on a metal rack and let the muffins cool for 5 minutes in it. After that, take the muffins out of the pan and place them on a wire rack to cool fully.
