Apple, Pear, And Cranberry Biscuit Pudding Recipe

Bread pudding with biscuits? Yes! Treat yourself to this Apple, Pear, and Cranberry Biscuit Pudding for breakfast, lunch, or dessert.  


– 3 cups crumbled biscuits* – 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup peeled and diced cooking apple – 1 cup peeled and diced pear – 1/2 cup dried cranberrie – 2 cups milk – 3/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 large egg – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon salt

Grease a baking dish that is 9 inches square or 2 quarts deep.  

Step 1 


In a big bowl, put the broken biscuits. Spread the melted butter on top of them. Cranberries, apples, and pears should be added. Use a stir to mix.  

Step 2

Take a different bowl and mix the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt with a whisk. Pour the mix over the cookie dough. Mix until it gets wet.  

Step 3

Move to the prepared pan. Put it aside and heat the oven to 350°.  

Step 4

If you stick a knife into the middle of the pudding and it comes out clean, the pudding is done after 40 minutes of baking. You can serve it hot or cold.
